The gap in accessibility tooling

Why typical scanners fall short of real compliance.

Scanners catch rule violations. They don't show how real users — especially screen reader users — actually experience your product, and they rarely hold up under legal or compliance scrutiny.

01

Automation alone isn't enough

Most scanners only check code rules. They don't show how real users — especially screen reader users — actually experience your website or app.

02

No evidence for audit or legal teams

Without screenshots, videos, or assistive-technology behavior logs, it's hard to prove issues, fixes, or compliance progress to stakeholders.

03

PDF accessibility is slow & inconsistent

Manual remediation takes 4–8 hours per document. Quality varies widely between operators, and Indian-language content is poorly supported.

What sets us apart

Expert-led audits. Evidence at every step.

Four things we do differently — because "passed the scanner" doesn't mean accessible.

Evidence-Based Reporting

Every key issue includes visual proof, NVDA announcements, and keyboard flow behavior — reproducible for developers, auditors, and legal teams.

NVDA Screen Reader Simulation

Real NVDA navigation validates focus order, announcements, keyboard traps, and reading flow — going beyond static WCAG rule checks.

AI-Assisted PDF Remediation

Tagging, structure, reading order, and context-aware alt text — with before/after proof for every PDF batch we process.

Expert-Led, Not Self-Serve

No dashboards, no logins, no scripts. Share your scope and an accessibility expert runs and validates the audit before you receive it.

Our platforms

Six purpose-built platforms. One evidence standard.

Spanning web, mobile, PDF, AI workflows, load testing, and government-grade certification — each with its own evidence trail.

01

Share Your URL

You send us a public URL and your email address using the form below.

02

We Run a Snapshot

Our team performs an evidence-based snapshot using proprietary tooling plus NVDA simulation.

03

Receive Your Report

A sample report arrives in your inbox with real findings, evidence, and remediation examples.

04

Scope Full Coverage

For full web, PDF, or mobile coverage, we scope timelines and deliverables together.

No system access required. We never ask for credentials, admin access, or code installation. All audits are performed externally based on the URLs and files you share.
Why evidence matters

Pass the scan. Prove the fix.

Accessibility isn't just about passing automated checks — it's about how people actually experience your content. Evidence-based reporting gives you three practical advantages.

"

Prove issues clearly

Screenshots, videos, and NVDA logs make it easy to show stakeholders exactly what's going wrong — and why it matters.

"

Reduce developer guesswork

Concrete evidence and clear guidance help teams fix issues faster, with fewer back-and-forth cycles between QA, dev, and compliance.

"

Strengthen compliance defensibility

Evidence-backed reports support legal, regulatory, and internal compliance conversations — especially for ADA, Section 508, and EN 301 549.

01 What makes an audit "evidence-based" versus a typical scan report?
Every finding is paired with the exact proof: a screenshot with the failing element outlined, a short video of the keyboard or screen-reader flow, an NVDA transcript log, and the corresponding WCAG 2.2 success criterion. Developers see the broken state, not just a rule ID.
02 Do you need access to our servers, code, or production environment?
No. Our audits operate on what a public or staging user would see. For native apps, we run on real devices with no SDK embeds and no code changes. If a flow is gated, a test credential is enough.
03 Which standards do you test against?
WCAG 2.1 and 2.2 at A, AA, and AAA levels. Reports map cleanly to ADA, Section 508, EN 301 549, GIGW, and STQC requirements. Each finding cites the exact success criterion rather than a generic "accessibility issue."
04 How long does a typical audit take, end to end?
A scoped snapshot of a representative set of pages or flows lands within 3–5 business days. Full enterprise audits with remediation guidance typically run 2–4 weeks depending on surface area and complexity.
05 Can automation alone get us to compliance?
Automated rules surface roughly 30–40% of real barriers. The rest — keyboard traps, focus order, meaningful alt text, reading semantics, live-region behavior — require human review. Every AccessSure report is validated by an IAAP-certified expert.
06 Is our data safe? Where does testing run?
Mobile scans process locally on the test device. Load-testing and enterprise engagements can deploy entirely inside your cloud. Audit artefacts are shared through access-controlled links and retained only as long as your engagement requires.
07 What do we get at the end of an audit?
An executive scorecard for leadership, a criterion-level findings report for QA and compliance, a developer-ready remediation list with code-level suggestions, and an evidence bundle — screenshots, videos, NVDA logs — attached to every finding.
